FAQs

  • I do not accept insurance in this practice. Insurance adds red tape, limits the type of care I can provide, and ultimately increases the cost of care.

Please note, I currently do not see patients that are covered by Medicare or Medicaid.

  • I’m limiting my practice to a select number of patients. Having a smaller panel allows me to know each of my patients and be available to them.

  • Although insurance is not necessary to be a member, I encourage all of my patients to maintain health insurance.

This practice is not health insurance.

  • Although there is no formal request, I request that patients stay for at least 3 months. This is not a requirement but a request. It takes time for us to get to know each other and for me to fully understand your health needs and goals, so please commit to at least a few months of working together.

  • If you sign up to work together, I ask that you do so with the intention of building a long-term relationship.

For existing members who have a meaningful change in their required course of treatment, I offer a “maintenance” membership tier of $20/month. In this tier, you retain access to all digital assets and guides, asynchronous communication with me, and a quarterly check-in appointment to continue to monitor your health.

There is a one-time re-enrollment fee of $300 if you decide to leave the practice entirely and then want to rejoin. This covers the work required to reestablish a relationship and for me to get up to speed on your care during the lapsed time.

  • My care will be delivered virtually. Please note: I do not have physical office.

  • Unfortunately, for legal reasons, I do not currently accept patients that are covered by Medicaid or Medicare, but I am accepting patients on a waitlist. If you are interested in joining and are covered by one of these, please email me at tabitha@morphiahealth.com.
